An occupational therapist will consider all your needs - physical, psychological, social and environmental to enable you to achieve your full potential and optimise independence.

Sensory processing refers to the way the nervous system receives sensory messages and turns them into responses (Miller 2006). People who have difficulty processing sensory information may struggle in many aspects of everyday life.

Postural care is a gentle approach to working with people who sit or lie in a limited range of positions aiming to maintain or restore their body shape.

We can help people to return to work after a period of time off sick, remain in work whilst living with a long term condition and support overall wellbeing in the workplace.

We have decided to build up a list of resources that may be useful. It includes Physiotherapy practice details, yoga centres, community resources and research articles.
